All Goods on www.taurusnz.com can only be purchased and delivered to customers who do NOT live in New Zealand.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes as we ONLY use courier services, not post.

  4. Allow appropriate working days for delivery

Shipping Rates:

The shipping costs will vary depending on the volume of the order and its destination. This rate will be established in the checkout process.


Warranty, Repairs and Returns Process

Please note: we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying. Any returns outside of faults or warranty will attract a $50 restocking fee and freight cost/tracking will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

All Goods provided through taurusnz.com have a 24 month guarantee against manufacturers fault. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion.

Should you have an issue with one of our products contact us via email at info@tlcnz.co.nz. Please include pictures and a clear explanation of the problem, by doing so, we can determine if it is a quality issue or has been accidentally damaged through use. We do however undertake to repair any product accidentally damaged, subject to the product being repairable. This does not included coverage for the loss of componentry or cost of freight.

If you do send your products to us, please include your details clearly with the product so that we can contact you once we receive the goods.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please email info@hobeca.co.nz with your concerns regarding your purchase. We may then require you to send the product back to us for further inspection. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hobeca.co.nz

Sale items cannot be refunded.


Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provides the basis for taurusnz.com returns policy.

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by taurusnz.com In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
